The agreement between you and IPTV Pilot when you order or use the IPTV Pilot IPTV Canada service. Please read it before you order.

These terms apply to every order and free trial of the IPTV Pilot IPTV Canada service (“the service”) and to your use of iptvpilot.ca. By placing an order or requesting a trial, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or territory, and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all use of your account.
The service gives you access to live channels, an on-demand library of movies and series, catch-up on supported channels and a built-in VPN, in 4K, Full HD or HD where available, through compatible player apps and devices. The channel line-up and on-demand library change over time as channels and titles are added, renamed or removed, and we do not guarantee that any particular channel or title will be available for the whole of your plan.
Your plan starts when we activate your login and runs for the full length you paid for. When it ends, access stops automatically. To continue, place a new order or message us with your username before the end date and we will extend the same login.
Free trials last 24 hours, need no payment details and are limited to one per household. We may decline or end a trial if we believe it is being misused.
You are responsible for having a compatible device and an internet connection fast enough for the quality you choose. Player apps such as IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player Pro or Hot Player are made by independent developers and provided under their own terms. Any fees for those apps are paid to their developers and are not part of your IPTV Pilot plan.
We work to keep the service running at 99.9% uptime, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and events outside our reasonable control, such as network failures or problems with your internet provider, may affect streaming.
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, explained in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory, including rights that apply to agreements made over the internet.
We may suspend or end your access without a refund if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, including by sharing or reselling access, attempting to disrupt the service, or making a fraudulent payment or chargeback. Where it is reasonable, we will contact you first.
You agree to use the service and the website only in line with these terms and with the laws that apply to you, and not to attempt to copy, reverse engineer or interfere with any part of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan, and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
