Every IPTV Pilot order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Here is exactly how it works.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
If the IPTV Pilot IPTV Canada service is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the date your plan was activated. It applies to every plan length and to both 1 and 2 connections. You do not have to give a reason, although telling us what went wrong helps us improve.
We refund to the payment method you used wherever possible: back to your card, or by Interac e-Transfer to the email or phone number you paid from. We aim to send refunds as soon as your request is confirmed, and no later than 15 days afterwards. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few extra business days to appear in your account.
If you upgrade a plan, for example from 1 to 2 connections, the upgrade payment is covered by its own 30-day window from the date of the upgrade.
Plans are one-time payments that do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel and no future charge to stop. We do not normally refund unused time after the 30-day window. If you have a problem we cannot fix, please contact us anyway: we will always look at it fairly.
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory, including rights that apply to agreements made over the internet, and does not affect them.
