Cookie Policy

What this site stores in your browser, what it is for, and how to change your mind.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

The short version

iptvpilot.ca sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics. The only cookies you will meet are the ones the shop needs to remember your cart and complete a checkout, and those are set only when you use those pages. That is why there is no cookie banner: we use nothing that needs your separate consent, and we would rather not interrupt you with a pop-up for nothing.

What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. Local storage is a similar space in your browser that only this site can read. Under Canadian privacy law, PIPEDA and its provincial equivalents, we need your meaningful consent before using them for anything beyond what you have asked the site to do. Anything optional would need your consent first, and you could withdraw it at any time.

What this site uses

• woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_* (cookies, strictly necessary): remember what is in your cart and keep your checkout session together. Set only when you add a plan to the cart. Expire when you close the browser or after 48 hours.
• wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* (cookies, strictly necessary): only if you create an account and log in to view your orders. Expire when you log out or after 14 days.
• Analytics: not in use. If we add analytics later it will only start after you give consent, and this page will list it.
• Advertising: none, and no plans to add any.

Third-party services

• WhatsApp and Telegram: when you tap a chat button you leave this site, and their own privacy and cookie policies apply.
• Google Fonts: the typefaces on this site load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Google states it does not set cookies for this.
• Payment providers: when you pay by card, the payment page may set its own cookies to prevent fraud. Those are covered by the provider’s policy, which is linked on the checkout page. Interac e-Transfer happens inside your own bank’s app or website, not on this site.

How to change your choice

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, there is nothing to opt out of. You can still clear or block cookies in your browser: see the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Blocking cookies will not break the site, but the cart and checkout will not work until they are allowed again.
